Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Sonic Labs platform, including but not limited to algorithms, software, analytics models, graphical user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the exclusive property of Sonic Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Your use of the service grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Sonic Labs or third-party trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features of the Sonic Labs platform requires a paid subscription. Details regarding subscription tiers, pricing, features, and payment methods are available on our dedicated pricing page.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually), as determined by your subscription plan.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it or Sonic Labs cancels it.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription term.

Fees and Payment

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the services in any jurisdiction.
• Sonic Labs reserves the right to change its subscription fees. Any price changes will take effect after 30 days' notice to you. Your continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the adjusted amount.
• In the event of failed payment, access to the service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

Sonic Labs provides analytical tools and market insights for informational purposes ONLY. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Sonic Labs EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Sonic Labs, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Sonic Labs BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
